The space The living and dining areas flow out to a wrap around deck. Relax or BBQ on the West deck, or enjoy wine or coffee on the sheltered North facing deck. The outdoor space is discretely fenced so you can be sure young ones are safe. A ducted heat pump keeps all rooms cosy warm in winter and cool in summer. You can light the wood fire for added ambience. The large fully equipped kitchen has magnificent views and will let you do as much or as little as you like while you enjoy your stay. The property has 4 bedrooms (7 beds) with a maximum guest limit of 8, and a minimum stay of 2 nights. The master has a king bed and an ensuite. There are two more queen beds, two singles and a set of new bunks in the other bedrooms. Linen and towels aren't included in the standard booking but can be easily added so you only pay for what you use. The living includes free Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix and a Bluetooth theatre sound system. The downstairs bedroom also has a smart TV for your children or guests to have their own space if they need it. Guests clean before leaving unless the optional cleaning service of $145 has been requested and paid. This is one of the most desireably and highly rated holiday homes in Hanmer.
