The Charming Haven at Braden

Welcome to this newly renovated 50-year-old ranch-style home located in the Historic West End. The house features 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, flex space and comfortably accommodating up to six people. It is a cozy and modern house located near the heart of Charlotte, NC. This beautiful house is perfect for those who are looking for a comfortable and stylish stay while exploring the city. The space The interior of the house boasts an open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city or a hard day’s work. Our home has a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, a comfortable sofa, and plenty of seating for everyone. The living room also has an entertainment system where you can play music via Bluetooth or enjoy the view of an electric fireplace with heat if you choose. The house also has high-speed internet access and air conditioning throughout. Outside, the backyard is perfect for BBQs and enjoying a cold drink in the sun. There is a spacious patio with a covered table and chairs. The hammock is a great place to relax under the shade of the trees and enjoy a great book. Kitchen The kitchen has stainless steel appliances by Frigidaire, granite countertops, and all the necessary tools for preparing a delicious meal. We have an air fryer, popcorn machine, and coffee maker cold and hot that awaits you. After you prepare a phenomenal meal a beautiful marble dining table awaits that seat four. Laundry There is no onsite washer available but a dryer. We also offer the option to add laundry pick-up/drop-off services to your stay. The process is simple. You fill the provided bag with your garments and set it outside the front door on the designated day. Within 24 hours your clothes will arrive back at our home washed, dried, and folded. If you prefer not to opt for our laundry services, there are multiple laundromats within a 5-10 min drive from our home. Bedrooms In both bedrooms, you find a queen bed accompanied by a 40-inch TV both equipped with Amazon fire sticks. The bedrooms each have full-length mirrors to do a style check before taking on the world. We have vanities in both the master and guest bathrooms. Guest access Access is via a door code that will be provided prior to arrival. You will have the entire home. Other things to note Please keep in mind: - Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. Any disturbances reported to law enforcement or monitored on the surveillance cameras will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your stay and a $500 fine! - No smoking of any kind indoors (including hookah). Any signs/evidence of smoking (hookah sticks, coals, cigarette buds, etc.) will result in a $350 smoking violation fee! - No pets are allowed in this home. Any signs/evidence of pets inside of the property or seen on the exterior surveillance cameras will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your stay and a $500 fine. - Not adhering to these important rules will result in immediate termination of your stay, which is NON-Refundable.
