This retreat combines art and innovation, perfect for experiencing the essence of Porto. The apartment offers: Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Living room: Spacious, with a sofa bed and dining table. Balcony: Small balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing. Bathroom: Fully fitted, with all amenities. For your comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have full access to the flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, patio and laundry room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
