Inquires welcome! The space This newly renovated, cozy & bright 3 bedroom home is perfect for your visit to Happy Valley! Stretch out in the spacious king size bed, cozy up in the comfy queen, and tuck the kiddos into the bunkbeds! We have a sleeping space that will accommodate all members of your traveling party! There is plenty of space to sit and socialize in the inviting living room or sink into the plush ,super soft sofa and stream your favorite shows. The fully- equipped kitchen is updated with modern appliances and a complete set of cookware and tableware. Centrally located between State College & Bellefonte this home is ideal for Penn State sporting events, graduations, Bryce Jordan Center concerts, State College Arts Fest, biking/hiking and enjoying Central PA! The Airbnb is just 10 minutes outside of State College and if you find the town a little too crowded on big events, head to the charming Victorian town of Bellefonte also 10 minutes away! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property (with the exception of the basement). Other things to note Are you looking for tickets to a Penn State football game? Just ask us! We have four season tickets and parking passes that are available for purchase (if not already spoken for!).
