The fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigeration, propane stove, microwave and additional cooking essentials such as a drip coffee maker, wine glasses and tea kettle. There is a complete, spotless bathroom in the RV and laundry machines built into the bedroom as well. Guests will also have parking for up to cars available during your stay! The RV sits just off our asphalt drive on an older concrete and granite rock bed. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code for the lockbox to check-in and get their keys. Our property is 30 acres with multiple buildings on the property and once hosted a small getaway resort for the local community. Our area is a bit eclectic stemming from turn of the century potato farming and horse spreads. Today, it is a variety of home styles and levels of living to small neighborhoods and small to larger acreage type homes. Our direct area is mainly small acreage homes from 3 - 100 acres. We have quick 2 minute access to 435 to get around the city, I70 for east and west bound traffic and K32 and 635 for quick east west and north south by passes. It's very convenient to get anywhere in the city. Located just 25 mins from the Kansas City Airport, this space can be easily access by car or Rideshare applications such as Uber | Lyft. The home is ideally located near many grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, with plenty to do in the area. Via an extensive public transportation system, visitors can explore each corner of town with ease, discovering the endless delights that make this area so memorable. The RV is very nice, but keep in mind it is still an RV. You will notice the higher ceilings in the living room, but the bedroom ceilings are 6' 6". The full bath is complete but compact. Cable access and wifi can be a bit spotty so be prepared to lean on your phone and stream or better yet, just get away from technology for a bit! Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times, especially between 11pm-8am. Service Pets are Allowed, but no parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. No smoking allowed. Please bring your own wood and charcoal for the outdoor fireplace and grill. Fishing is available during your stay and we ask guests to follow the limits listed in our house manual. Please read all instructions in our house manual before swimming or exploring the terrain. Water, Propane and Power hookups will be supplied by the main house prior to your stay. There is a smaller portable septic tank that is emptied periodically. Please limit shower length and notify us after doing laundry. Please review the House Manual for more specific information. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
