Opening April 2026- pictures added as development is finished. Microflat. Double bedroom, private entrance and ensuite. Small table and chairs coffe making facilities and a small microwave. There are cutlery, plates, bowls etc to make a salad sandwich but no kitchen. BBQ enclosed private garden and bbq area (can be covered). currently being renovated renovated,new beds, bedding etc 850m to free legoland shuttle bus stop. 400m to supermarket/main street. The space The beds are made ready for your arrival. Towels, coffee, tea, shampoo etc is all available. You need to bring toothbrush and toothpaste, we do not supply those for environmental reasond. Guest access You have your own private entrance and patio area, you are welcome to use the large family garden (shared). Plenty of parking Other things to note We have never yet charged a guest for damage despite hundreds of reservations. If you break a glass etc, let us know so we can simply replace it, accidents happen. The stuff we have to say- The leads guests passport/European ID will be scanned before check-in. The lead guest takes full responsibility for any costs and damages The house cannot be booked for parties. The house has quiet hours 11pm to 7am when noise outside the house must not disturb neighbours. You will be immediately required to vacate if you breach contract for a party and required to pay for all associated costs and damages. This property cannot accept animals due to severe allergies by one of the family. if you bring an animal into the house then you will be charged for an emergency deep clean (2000kr)alongside all damages caused by the animal. If you smoke inside the property ( you can smoke in the garden) you will be charged for an emergency deep clean ((2000kr) alongside any loss of revenue for cancelling future guests. For your own sake, please ensure you have third party insurance if you hire any bicycle, scooter etc.
