Newly renovated for 2023, new beds, bedding etc. The house has Internet but no TV, we keep the house full of toys, games and lego. ideal for families. 850m to free legoland shuttle bus stop. 400m to supermarket/main street. The space You are renting the entire villa, you have sole access to entire house and garden. The garden is enclosed so great for kids. The beds are made ready for your arrival. Towels, coffee, tea, shampoo etc is all available. You need to bring toothbrush and toothpaste, we do not supply those for environmental reasons. You are not expected to clean the house when you leave, just load the dishwasher. it's an older property but clean and equipped. It's solely used for rental, so no delicate owners items around (designed for children). No pets at this property (see other listing if you have a pet). Guest access The only space you cannot access are the outbuildings. You have sole use of the driveway for parking. The owner may walk down the drive to access the outbuilding (laundry) occasionally. Other things to note The house is always clean but it is an older property, there are the odd stain we cannot remove from the carpets, some windows are stiff to open. This also means it is child friendly, we do not check and charge for silly minor accidents. The stuff we have to say The house cannot be booked for parties. External guests, marquets, seating, bouncy castles etc can only be brought onto the premises with prior written permission. The house has quiet hours 11pm to 7am when noise outside the house must not disturb neighbours. You will be immediately required to vacate if you breach contract for a party and required to pay for all associated costs and damages. You are responsible for your own children. This property cannot accept animals due to severe allergies by one of the family. if you bring an animal into the house then you will be charged for an emergency deep clean alongside all damages caused by the animal. If you smoke inside the property ( you can smoke in the garden) you will be charged for an emergency deep clean alongside any loss of revenue for cancelling future guests. An emergency deep clean will cost at least 3000kr. For your sake, please ensure you have third party insurance if you hire any bicycle, scooter etc.
