The space Welcome to our spacious home, boasting 1,660 square feet of comfort in a 1.17-acre lot. You'll enjoy the convenience of central air conditioning and heating, ensuring a cozy stay throughout the year. Step into the inviting downstairs area, featuring a cozy living room with a TV, a dining room for shared meals, a fully equipped kitchen, a practical laundry room, a functional office, and a well-appointed full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, you'll find a peaceful retreat, including a charming full bedroom with a balcony, a second queen bedroom, and a delightful double-size lower bunk bed with a twin on top. Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. In our outdoor area, you'll find a refreshing non-heated swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs, as well as a set of chairs and a table with an umbrella for some shade. Enjoy outdoor meals at the dining table under the shade and make use of the convenient gas BBQ grill for your culinary adventures. Parking: ample parking in the driveway and one space for a small car under the deck. Come and experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our lovely home, where every inch is carefully crafted to ensure your joy and contentment throughout your stay. Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool, the driveway parking, the outdoor dining space, and the front and back yard. No access: Independent garage, tool shed, gardening shed. Other things to note Please be aware that we may experience occasional maintenance or supply issues, which could lead to delays. We kindly request you be resourceful and proactive if the need arises. The pool is scheduled for cleaning every Wednesday before 10 a.m., ensuring a refreshing experience. Notice: The swimming pool will be closed on the day of scheduled maintenance and for the subsequent 24 hours. Additionally, the gardener is expected to visit on the first and last Friday of each month. However, please note that these dates and times may occasionally vary. To maintain affordable cleaning costs for non-BBQ grill users, a supplementary fee of $50 will be applicable for those who utilized the BBQ grill after the checkout. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Please note that utilities such as electricity, internet, garbage, water, and gas are not unlimited. Activities like crypto mining or other high-utility use are prohibited beyond what is typical for previous guests. If excessive usage occurs, additional costs will be charged to the guest.
