Caribbean Diamond Residences is a quiet condominium located inside the exclusive and secured Leeward Settlement. Our ground floor Condo is a short 5-7 minute walk from the beautiful and picturesque Sunset Beach. The complex offers a walk-in pool, plenty of chaise loungers, outdoor furniture and BBQ grills to enjoy. We are a short 5-minute drive down Grace Bay Road to all the shopping and activities that Grace Bay has to offer, or a 15-20 minute bike ride along the sidewalk. The space We recently renovated our condo (July 2023) upgraded all appliances, furniture and offer complimentary beach cruisers, golf clubs, cooler wagons and all the necessities needed to enjoy your stay. This condo is approximately 900 square feet and offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook what you like. With a double swing and chairs on the patio, enjoy an early morning coffee before your beach stroll or enjoy a book while recovering from the sun. If outside becomes a bit much, enjoy our new TV’s with all the necessary apps to relax and watch TV while you feel at home. With a new walk-in shower (with great water pressure) and updated bathrooms, you feel at home! Enjoy our new king-sized pillow top mattress to get a good nights rest to reset for your next adventure! Our couch also turns into a queen-sized bed for the kiddos or an additional guest! Guest access Guest access includes the pool, free parking and BBQ grill area.
