Beautiful house in central SF with views

Relax at this peaceful yet centrally located house that blends historic charm with lovely views. Built in 1912, this 3-bedroom nestled in green and charming Cole valley sleeps at least 7 people, with common areas for cooking, eating and hanging out. Superb location (muni train 5 blocks away takes you one way to the beach other way Union Sq, Embarcadero and downtown). Great walkability - Cole Valley shops and restaurants, UCSF, Haight Street, Golden Gate Park, grocers all within 7 min walk. The space Built in 1912 the house has plenty historic charm (and some in-built quirks :)). The house has 4 sleeping areas - 3 full bedrooms and a furnished attic room. Three bedrooms are upstairs on Level 2 and the Attic room is on Level 3. The entry to the house is up a flight of stairs from the street level. Once you enter through the main door, you are at Level 1. On this level is the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The dining room can comfortably seat 8. There is also a breakfast nook attached to the kitchen. There is a 0.5 bathroom at this level. A bit tricky to find, this is accessed via a door leading to the basement (next to the kitchen). The main bedroom (Bedroom 1) is a large room with a king bed. It can be used for sleeping 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. This room has lovely views overlooking Cole valley, Mount Sutro, Golden Gate park and the ocean and Marin headlands beyond. The second bedroom (Bedroom 2) is the largest and faces the front of the house. It has a queen bed and can sleep 2 adults. The third bedroom (Bedroom 3) is a little smaller than the other 2 and has a queen bed. It also has a workspace (a desk handcarved in Teak - made in the 80s and imported from India and an office chair). This room also has a window with similar views as Bedroom 1. This level (Level 2) of the house also has the main (and only) full bathroom which also includes a bathtub (the shower is in the bath). Level 3 (Attic) has more sleeping space (Single bed). This room is accessible via a narrow ladder stair right behind a door outside Bedroom 2 . Please note that due to the skylights in the Attic, this room cannot be completely darkened and you should expect some daylight. The Washer and Dryer are in the basement (towards the back of the house). Note that this is a lived-in family home, so the closets and dressers contain our personal effects. Guest access All of the house except the 2 locked rooms in the basement. Other things to note Main door to house is up a flight of stairs. Washer and Dryer are in the basement which is a level down from Level 1. The basement can be a bit tricky to navigate since you have to pass the garage (where we have our car parked). The bedroom doors don't lock (old house problems!), so the general rule is - if the door is shut, someone is in there!
