Oasis peaceful room 1 pp /N 1 Non smoker No pets

TheBig room/full bed, work space, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, filter and Smart TV. ( not cable) An armchair. The bath shared. It is not allowed to drink alcohol , cigarettes, incense, drugs inside or outside the house .No pets, kitchen, washer & dryer is not available for guests. My husband and I take care of the house and live in downstairs to receive family and visitors, cook, and get toguether always . It is not allowed to bring visitors into the room. The space The room is large with fresh air, has a small table for quick meals, a mini fridge, a TV. The room also has a small desk with an office chair for work. The room has all the comfort that a person needs to rest during the night. The bathroom can be shared with another person if there is another guest. If there is no other guest, the bathroom will be free for those who are staying. If you are staying in room number 1 , 2 and 3 you can park your car in front of the house for your convenience and safety. During your stay No interaction with guest , but we are available for any extra needs. The guest can feel free to ask for my help, which I will be happy to assist. Other things to note If you are not an Airbnb member and do not have an Airbnb account, please do not book. When you arrive at the house, enter through the front door. The front door has a code that I will pass on to you as a guest when you confirm your accommodation. When you enter the house, in front of the door there is a staircase and you must go up the stairs. Go up the stairs and look for your room number. The bathroom has access to all rooms 1, 2 and 3. Room number 1 has a code on the door to access the room (the code will be sent when you confirm the room reservation) ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ Access to the kitchen or other facilities in the house will not be possible. I'm here for any questions or help you may have. The room has an electronic code. If you want a key instead of a code, let me know and I can help you to feel comfortable during your stay. On Saturdays and some Sundays we welcome family and have a get together and eat together and socialize in the afternoon and evening. There is no alcohol, cigarettes or anything bad, just a family interacting in the downstairs part of the house where my husband and I live. In the downstairs part of the house we cook and live our daily lives. I always cook food for the family downstairs and sometimes you can smell the food. Please do not talk loudly on your cell phone, or turn on the TV, stereo or any other loud device that other rooms can hear. The house hosts guests from different professions and many work at night and others during the day, so we must respect each other in this environment. Guests can enjoy everything as long as they have common sense that they are not alone in this house and they must respect others so that they are not forced to listen to your cell phone conversations, listen to your music or your TV, etc. Everything should be moderate so that you can enjoy it but others do not feel bothered. Everyone should feel comfortable in this environment and for this everyone must have common sense and collaborate so that everyone is comfortable and happy. It is not allowed to bring visitors into the room.
