Bosau apartment with lake property and lake view

From July 2023, we will be renting the newly renovated and newly furnished ground floor apartment in our beautiful holiday home in Bosau in a direct lake location. The house is located on a 7000 sqm property. It is only 50 m to the lake. We live in the house next door and are happy to help you with any questions you might have. The space Arrival and departure are only possible on Saturday from April 1 to October 31 and the minimum rental period is 7 nights. During the rest of the time, arrival and departure are possible every day and the minimum rental period is 2 nights. Exceptions are Christmas and New Year's Eve (12/22-01/06). Here the minimum rental period is 7 nights. Your apartment has a large living room with a covered porch, a bedroom with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a well-equipped kitchen. From the living area with billiard room, workplace, dining area and a cozy corner sofa, you have a magnificent lake view with many beautiful sunsets and views of the Gut Nehmten. From the kitchen and bedroom you can see the back of the garden. All windows and all patio doors can be darkened with electric external roller shutters. You enter your lovingly furnished 110 sqm apartment through your own private entrance. There are several parking options in the back garden area. You can also have a barbecue here. This is a non-smoking residence, but smoking on the covered porch is allowed. Guest access Our lake property (2600 sqm) with its own jetty is available to our guests during their stay. A beach chair invites you to linger and our large trampoline, a canoe and a rowboat are welcome to be used. The water is very shallow in this part of the lake. Ideal for children. Very good windsurfing area. Other things to note This is a non-smoking residence, but smoking on the covered porch is allowed.
