The space The house features a pleasant entrance, a living-dining room with access to the garden, a spacious and bright kitchen with a pantry, as well as 3 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom (US king-size bed) with an ensuite bathroom, a dressing room, and a delightful terrace overlooking the countryside. Please note: the second floor has an open-concept design. This means that the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are partially open to the lower level, offering a unique layout but less privacy than traditional enclosed rooms. In the exterior, the lush garden, the sparkling pool, and the convenient outdoor toilet are perfect for enjoying the Menorcan climate in style. With the vila situated facing serene fields and forests, you'll enjoy maximum privacy and stunning views of the natural beauty that surrounds you. Other things to note - In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in effect since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to complete the online registration for all guests prior to arrival, as well as to pay the corresponding tourist tax.
