This home is available for long-term stays. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for multiple vehicles. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home. A dedicated workspace is also available. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a crib, fireplace guards, and family-friendly board games. ✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding. ✹ AMENITIES: We have 4 individual kayaks and 2 tandem kayaks (total 8 people in kayaks). We also have amazing river-quality floating tubes (4 individual tubes and 1 double tube for a couple). We also have roof rack pads for your vehicle to transport your kayak (1 per vehicle), or more if you have a truck. We also have 10 PFDs (personal flotation devices/life jackets). Other things to note ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code becomes available to you via the Airbnb app once you are ready to check-in.. ✹ The house is a short 2-minute drive from the river. You are more than welcome to use the house-provided kayaks and tubes; however, if you prefer to avoid transporting these, you may simply drive to Rainbow Springs Park or KP Hole Park (both are just a short drive from the house) and rent kayaks there. These services include a shuttle ride to get you back up to your vehicle. ✹ For our guests' convenience, we just added a brand-spanking-new electric heat pump to our amazing pool! This heat pump becomes active when the pool temperature is between 50-79 degrees to provide a warmer water temperature during the winter season; temperatures in Dunnellon rarely go below 45 degrees - this is Florida, after all, winter here is mild, to say the least. A heat pump does not make a pool reach spa temperatures, it mildly warms the pool up.
