Only 10 minutes from Avignon, Saint-Rémy or Les Baux-de-Provence! Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful subdivision, our villa guarantees serenity and comfort. Easy parking, swimming pool to cool off, air conditioning for mild nights, and a lively village with festivities all summer! The space Our spacious and comfortable house welcomes you in an ideal setting for a stay in Provence. On the ground floor you will find a large bright living/dining room, open to a fully equipped kitchen. A storage room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed complete this floor. Upstairs, two other bedrooms await you: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 90 cm bed. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a second separate toilet offer all the comforts you need. For families, we have everything planned: baby bed, childcare accessories and many toys for the little ones. Outside, a garden with fruit trees invites you to relax. Enjoy a large terrace with furniture, plancha, vegetable garden and, of course, our secure semi-underground swimming pool for moments of swimming in peace. A little companion will keep you company during your stay: Léon, our adorable and cuddly cat, who loves to be stroked. He will be happy to share these moments of calm with you!
