There are four bedrooms, of which two have en-suite bathroom, a home gym and wellness room, a large living room, and a dining space overlooking the city of Saigon. We warmly welcome you to a home where you can relax after a full day exploring the city. Guest access The apartment is on a high floor of a mix-used commercial and residential building, as such it is very safe and well maintained. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of Sailing Tower, plus: - Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, grocery delivery, car/bike rental - 24/7 security on the ground floor - Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms and a computer controlled access system - Amenities access can be restricted based on last minute building maintenance / repairs or condominium policy changes Other things to note • Airport Pick-up/Drop-off Available 24/7. Please notify us in advance to arrange this paid service • Housekeeping For stays of 5 nights or longer, enjoy one complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service, including changing fresh towels. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The cleaning fee covers one time cleaning service upon check-out. • Fresh Towels Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Towels are changed during housekeeping. For fresh towels in between, use the ensuite washer/dryer or drying rack. • Early Check-In Early check-in is available (2 PM instead of 4 PM) if the apartment is ready. For arrivals before 11 AM, please contact us about booking the previous night for a special offer. • Late Check-Out If available, we offer up to 2 extra hours past our 11 AM check-out policy. A half-day fee applies after 1 PM, and full day charges start at 5 PM. • Luggage Storage Arriving early? You can drop off your luggage at 12 PM. Departing late? We can store your luggage until 2 PM.
