20 year old rustic colonial on a private country setting with farmers porch, surrounded by forest and field. Warm, welcoming, well kept home that has housed many a friend and family. The space Located 10 minutes from Pats peak ski area, 30 minutes from Sunapee Ski area and 15 minutes from Concord New Hampshire. One hour to the seacoast and White Mountains, and an hour and a half from Boston. Guest access use of TV den, hot tub and kitchen offered for added fees During your stay We enjoy social interaction with company in our home when desired. If privacy and solitude are what you seek, then by all means enjoy our warm home. Other things to note We have a friendly dog (boxer) named Luna and two friendly cats who go in and out, but they are kept out of guest quarters. They are however, a big part of our family, and are always present in our lives.
