The space The Guest Suite is fully furnished with a spacious living room and brand new, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is designed as a refuge from a busy day with it's built-in closet and bi-fold french doors. Access to front window seat available. A full bath with two sinks is located off the kitchen. All linens and towels are provided, as well as shampoo & conditioner and hairdryer. Though designed for 2 guests, an air mattress (either full size or twin size) can be provided upon request. Guest access Guests enter the guest suite through a private entrance, up a small flight of stairs. Once inside, guests will proceed up the interior stairs to the guest suite. Free parking for one car is available - located to the right of the front entrance. Other things to note We live in a diverse neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. We ask that our guests respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours (from 9pm - 7am). No pets are allowed. No parties and no open flames. No additional guests without permission.
