Ideally located in the Marais area, at just some minutes of walk from the metro station Saint Paul, our cozy studio in 14, rue Cloche Perce can comfortably host a maximum of 3 adults thanks to its living area composed by a sofa bed and a double bed. It comes with a completely equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a fast internet connection. All bed linen and towels are of course provided for the entire duration of your stay. The space Come and enjoy your time in the most vibrant neighborhood of Paris. Located on the 6th floor without elevator of a Parisian building in the heart of the Marais area, our little apartment comes with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, cook stove, coffee machine, kettle and all cutlery, plats, glasses, mugs and pots. A wooden table and some chairs are also provided for your sharing moments and as a working dedicated space if you need to work from home. The living area comes with a new and comfortable double bed with duvet and pillows already provided and a sofa bed for your relaxing moments also useful if you need to host a 3rd person. Our studio has its own private bathroom with a toilet, a shower, a sink with mirror and, what’s really important, a washing machine. At your arrival, all bed linen and towels will already be in the apartment and you will benefit from a fast and stable internet connection to work from home and always remain connected.
