The space Our beautiful villa is ideal for 10 persons with 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the main house there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and a living / dining room on each floor. In addition, there is a separate, large apartment (87 sqm) with its own entrance and direct access to the pool. It has 1 double room with 1 en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen , as well as 1 living / dining room. A tiled staircase leads to the pool (8x4x1,30-1.50 m), which is available for exclusive use! The pool heats up over the sun and has about 20°C from the beginning of May, 25°C in June and very pleasant 28°C-30°C in July/August. Shaded arcades offer the ideal chill-out option, especially in the summer. 5 different garden levels and 4 terraces on 1600 sqm offer space for individual privacy and oases of peace. There is everything your heart desires in the garden. Enjoy oranges, lemons, grapefruit, medlars, pears, pomegranates and fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, lemon verbena and ecological mint. The wide open view over the Montroy plain is spectacular, and a sunset cocktail invites you to dream. In Spain, life is mainly outside, so a BBQ area with Paellero is not to be missed. A large paella pan hangs in the apartment if you want to prepare your own paella. Otherwise, of course, we have many recommendations of good restaurants in Montroy and Montserrat, as well as well-known and traditional restaurants in Valencia (reservation absolutely necessary!!!). One of the outstanding features of the villa is the proximity to the place!!! In 500 - 700 meters you will find various bars, small restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, gas stations and other items of daily use. That means everyone can also eat out, drink and party without having to use the car. Since we moved into the villa in May 2022, many things such as kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans...), towels, bedding and a lot of furniture are brand new. Here it is particularly important for us to combine a pleasant, relaxed ambience with functionality and to equip the house not only with the minimum for 10 people. There are also plenty of dishes, cutlery, cutlery and glasses available for additional guests or several meals. Guest access Access is via a key box at the entrance gate. So you will have access to the villa at any time, no matter when you arrive. You will receive the code shortly before arrival. When booking, the entire house and the property will be available to you. Other things to note The property is located inland, about 25 km outside of Valencia and its beautiful beaches in the quiet village of Montroy. The fully fenced property of the villa is reserved for you only during your stay and offers parking for 2 cars. However, you will not need these in the village, because the town center with grocery stores, pizzeria, bars and cafes etc. is within easy walking distance. If you value local products: every Monday there is a small market in the town center. Other shops and restaurants can be found in Montserrat, 3 km away. Valencia can not only be reached by car, but also by bus, which runs regularly from Montroy – for example, the large market “El Cid”, which is held every Wednesday in Valencia. And if you want to enjoy a wonderful sunset, we recommend the Torre de Montroy – the landmark of the place – with its spectacular views. Valencia is definitely worth a visit and is considered the capital of the orange blossom! Between November and March, the fruits ripen in the winter sun, between April and May is flowering. Then the city, including the whole region, sinks into the intense and sweet smell of the orange blossoms.
