Forest house, swimming spot, 30 minutes from Berlin

Welcome to our charming forest cottage surrounded by lush trees and many lakes. Our little house offers you a cozy atmosphere. Only 300 meters away you will find a picturesque lake with a small swimming area. And if you are a golf enthusiast, the Prendener golf course is only 100 meters away. Please note that the nearest shopping facilities are in the next town. We look forward to welcoming you to our forest house! The space Step into our forest house and you will find a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and cozy fireplace - the perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings. The house also has a bedroom or children's room with a bunk bed and a desk that provides a quiet space to rest or study. The small bathroom includes a shower and is fully functional. However, please note that it is no longer up to date in terms of design (we have not found a plumber for a year who could renovate the bathroom). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher and fridge, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Outside you will find a cozy terrace - a great place for morning coffee or evening drinks. A barbecue is also at your disposal, perfect for cooking and eating outdoors. This forest house really offers a comfortable and quiet retreat. Guest access Access is via a private path, shared with the neighboring house. A large gate borders the property. It is not locked, but should be closed when leaving the property. On the property there is another small house as well as a small wooden house, which are not rented. Parking on the premises or on the Biesenthaler Weg, please not on the private path. Other things to note Other advantages of our forest house are an espresso machine for your morning coffee, a small pool for children on request and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the sun. We offer free Wi-Fi but ask for economical use, as the contract allows up to 50 GB of download per month. Please note (May 2025): At the moment, the remains of two trees are still on the edge of the property, which we unfortunately had to have felled. They cannot be removed until July 2025. However, they do not affect access to the premises.
