This home is located in a nice and new Legacy Farms suburb in Spanish Fork. 7 minutes to the freeway, 6 minutes to Spanish Fork Canyon, and close to Provo. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Easy and close access to restaurants, grocery stores, and hiking trails in surrounding canyons. The space The basement apartment has an off-street parking space directly by the separate entrance. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The great room includes a T.V. and comfortable couch area for relaxation. The bedroom includes a queen bed and big closet with a washer and dryer included for your convenience. There is an additional queen size inflatable mattress available for use as well. Guest access Access the parking on the left side of the home by the separate entrance. Please be careful not to block the rest of the driveway where we will be pulling in and out of. Other things to note Train goes by occasionally but not very noticeable unless you are outside the moment it passes.
