The middle floor of our centrally located apartment, which is shown in the photo, belongs to you. The pool and its surroundings are common areas. However, the upstairs owner does not use the pool, and the downstairs owners use the apartment at certain times of the year. For this reason, the pool and its surroundings will be yours only as long as the downstairs owners are not at home. It is 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot to the beach and the center. In addition to the beds, two people can stay on the sofas in the living room. The apartment has its own parking lot.
