Banyandah Cottage

‘Banyandah’ is an Aboriginal word meaning ‘home on the water’. This renovated, family orientated home is one street back from the Stanley River for swimming or kayaking and the boat ramp is only 3 minutes away. The home is walking distance to Coronation Hall and the local tennis court. It offers accommodation in a quiet and exclusive pocket of Somerset Village. The home is equipped with all the comforts you would expect including open plan living, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and 2 toilets. The space Facilities: • Main bedroom with queen sized bed. • Second bedroom with two king single beds in a bunk bed and a third separate single bed. • Linen, pillows & bath towels provided. • Bathroom and two separate toilets. • Kitchen is newly renovated with stone benchtops, oven, microwave, cooking facilities, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. • Airconditioned bedrooms and living room. • TV and DVD player. Please note due to the location, the WIFI proved to be unreliable and so was therefore removed. You will have many DVDs to choose from and there is no free to air. • Collection of books and DVDs for use. • Wii games console with some games provided. • Laundry with washing machine and dryer. • BBQ on front deck and outdoor dining table. • Dartboard and ping pong table at back patio. • Outdoor firepit.
