The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away The space Guest Numbers Please list the number of guests and pets when booking and let me know if there are any changes in numbers. We charge a little extra for each guest after the first two to cover setting up and cleaning charges. There is a lounge and dining area with a kitchen alongside The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with hand basin and loo The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Please stay on farm tracks and avoid going near buildings and machinery It is an ideal area for dogs but we do have to add a cleaning charge of £9 for one dog, and £5 for each dog after the first
