Designed with a beach cottage feel in an urban setting giving you the best of both worlds. The location is unbeatable! The space This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment lets you walk directly into a open concept living room with a kitchen. Then with plenty of privacy you enter the bedroom where you are greeted with a king bed. There is washer & dryer in unit. Guest access You have private access to your entire apartment, this is not a shared unit. Easiest access the property is from the back alley via a keypad on the wooden gate. Other things to note We have a common area patio with grill that is accessible to all guests. Dedicated Parking may be available. We charge $20/night per parking space in the alley just behind the property. There is free overnight street parking. Pets Policy Dogs require an additional $200 non refundable fee which is required for a full deep cleaning of the apartment, per pet. This provides a comfortable experience for the next guest. Unless you have permission from us, no cats are allowed in our units and will be subject to a $500 fine. Any pets found to be in the apartment without our knowledge will be subject to a $500 fine. The pet fees outlined here are subject per pet.
