Bedroom 3 - Master Suite features two double-sized bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom featuring a large shower and separate dual sinks. Bedroom 4 - Master Suite features 1 twin-sized bed, 2 full-sized bunk beds, with a 250Lb max, walk in closet and an attached bathroom featuring a large shower and sink. Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Even though you do not meet with the property manager, a property manager will be on sight to assist with any of your needs. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A midweek or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $125/night. Please let your property manager know if you would like pool heat fee added to your reservation. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc. We cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DOES YOUR HOME HAVE AN OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEM? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to. Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. PARKING: No street parking is allowed and if guests have more than 3 cars, guests will have to park outside of the community. Our HOA does not allow overnight street parking and if guests receive a citation for this, guests will be held liable for all administrative fees and fines as well as management time, which can be an excess of $1000 For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in place. These are used solely to monitor the premises and ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Guest access ENJOY the Infinity Spool .The booking fee does not include to heat the spool. Other things to note House Rules & Additional Fees Welcome to our luxurious lakefront property! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take note of the following additional services and their associated fees: • Spool / Spa Heating: $125 per night • If you wish to heat the spool or spa during your stay, please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • Pet Policy: • While our property is pet-friendly, a fee of $350 per pet, per night applies. • Guests must inform us in advance if they are bringing a pet.
