A king suite with an open floor plan, conveniently located in a historic building that has been newly renovated into a boutique Hotel. Within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, the bike trail, and the Little Miami River guests can enjoy the energetic vibe that this town has to offer. With a total of 4 private rooms available to rent out with a communal balcony for Loft guests only, it makes a great place to reconnect with family and friends in a fun location. The Lofts are located on the second floor of the building above and beside two restaurants. You can access our front entrance from the main strip in downtown Loveland which takes you up a flight of stairs straight to the hallway with the 4 seperate units. To access our back entrance you walk around Bishops Quarter restaurant to the alley way and you will see a flight of stairs and an elevator outside. This will lead you to our private balacony with furniture that is only for our Loft guests to enjoy and takes you to our back entrance of our units. The Loft has an open floor plan where the bed, living room and Kitchen are all in the same area but with an enclosed bathroom. The couch is also a sofa pullout with a queen mattress. There is a closet with hangers and 2 luggage holders as well as a dirty laundry hamper. A bar top table with stools to enjoy your meals. A portable stove with pots and pans for basic cooking. A designated work area as well. Access to a furnished balcony that all guests from the Lofts can enjoy. The lofts are accessible with an electronic locking system and your personal code to your room will be forwarded to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. Their is no one on site to check you in but we can be reached by messenger or phone at any time. An energetic and fun environment with friendly people and lots of restaurants, shops, breweries, parks and recreational activities along the Little Miami River and the Little Miami Scenic Trail. We provide a designated parking spot in the lot across from Narrow Path Brewery and next to the Animal Hospital. There are also pay to park lots right next door to us and several free parking lots throughout downtown Loveland. You can walk to majority of the businesses, there are also bike rentals, or you can drive 5 - 10 minutes for grocery stores, general merchandise stores (Target) and department stores etc, or a 30 minutes drive to downtown Cincinnati. Please note that loft 2 and 4 may have higher noise levels while the restaurants are open.
