The Loveland Lofts- Loft 1 "Boutique Hotel"

A king suite with an open floor plan, conveniently located in a historic building that has been newly renovated into a boutique Hotel. Within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, the bike trail, and the Little Miami River, guests can enjoy the energetic vibe that this town has to offer. With a total of 4 private rooms available to rent out with a communal balcony for Loft guests only, it makes a great place to reconnect with family and friends in a fun location. The space The Lofts are located on the second floor of the building connected to two restaurants. You can access our front entrance from the main strip in downtown Loveland, which takes you up a flight of stairs straight to the hallway with the 4 separate units. To access our back entrance, you walk around Bishops Quarter restaurant to the alleyway, and you will see a flight of stairs and an elevator. This will lead you to our private balcony with furniture that is only for our Loft guests to enjoy and takes you to the back entrance of our units. The Loft has an open floor plan where the bed, living room, and Kitchen are all in the same area but with an enclosed bathroom. The couch is also a sofa pullout with a queen mattress. There is a closet with hangers and 2 luggage holders as well as a dirty laundry hamper. A bar top table with stools to enjoy your meals. You can expect some noise from the restaurant Bishop Quarter if they have bands playing that evening until they close. Guest access Access to a furnished balcony that all guests from the Lofts can enjoy. Other things to note Please note that our location is on the second floor wedged between two restaurants.
