(Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses. Tresulian is built on a hill and from the parking area the path leads across the garden, there are 25 steps up to the front door of Lower Tesulian, once inside, the property is single level. The walk into St Mawes is only 400m but there is a steep hill.
