Location: - less than 1 mile to putt putt - 7 miles to Publix (the nearby Publix is closed for remodeling until October 2026) - 1.5 miles to beach access 9 (Lenny the lime green golf cart will get you there) - 1.7 miles to Walmart - 2 miles to Amelia Island Lighthouse - 2 miles to Egen's Creek Park - 2 miles to Mocama Beer Company - 2.5 miles to Main Beach Park - 2.5 miles to downtown (Lenny the lime green golf cart will get you there) - 4.5 miles to Ritz-Carlton - 5 miles to Harris Teeter (this is the only grocery store currently on the island, due to Publix being closed for remodeling) A few of our fav spots: - Aloha Bagel - 2.2 miles (call ahead for super quick breakfast) - Vintage Donuts - 2.7 miles (build your own donut!!) - Amelia Island Coffee Company - 2.9 miles (the best cold brew!) - Ciao Italian Eatery - 2.7 miles (checkout the seafood lasagna on Saturdays) - The Boat House - 2.9 miles (great outdoor vibes with live music often) - Salty Pelican - 3 miles (seafood is SUPER fresh, ask to eat upstairs for faster seating) - PLEASE REACH OUT for other recommendations including private or beach yoga for groups, in home massage therapy, etc. Lenny (the lime green golf cart) disclaimer: booking owner (person who makes the reservation) and all other guests who intend to drive will be required to sign a waiver. Insurance requires drivers to be 25 years of age and older (age will be verified on waiver and valid driver's license is required to be shared per the instructions in the guidebook). Golf cart usage is subject to a refundable deposit. Lenny cannot, under any circumstances, be driven on the beach. Regarding Lenny, the Pink Pheasant and its owners are not liable for your actions and any harm/damage caused by you. For your entire stay, you assume full liability for golf cart damage, damage caused by use of golf cart and any resulting injury. If golf cart is returned damaged, you will be held responsible, including up to full replacement of golf cart if required. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and backyard. Other things to note There is enough parking for up to 3-4 cars. The garage is Lenny's home! We cannot accommodate RV, trailer, boat or other large recreational vehicle parking (you must arrange for offsite parking if you are bringing anything other than cars). Exceptions can be made depending on number of guests/other vehicles, so please reach out to us with questions! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! Excessive noise will also not be tolerated (the backyard is equipped with a decibel monitor). This will result in $1000 fine, immediate cancellation (without refund) of reservation, and permanent ban from future bookings. Our neighbors live here, and they must be respected.
