Closed gated house with 6 rms, 3 brms, kitchen, bar, charcoal grill, a gazebo, swimming pool, pool table, a playground, plenty of green area to picnic or play your favorite sport, a hammock to enjoy the great countryside scenery, wifi, tv with directv in the living room. Excellent spot for an unforgettable moment with your 20 closest family/friends. It is a safe gated neighborhood with other fincas (ranches) and each one has its own privacy. You can leave the finca and walk around to see the other fincas around or you can head over on a mini hike to the nearest small waterfall river "La Gruta"(directions will be provided) where you will see the best of what nature offers: birds, a river waterfall and trees in its most peaceful scenery. Parking is in the driveway, it can fit comfortably 8 cars. If you need to go to "El Pueblo" (the town village) you can go in your cars or you can also use the transportation in the pueblo, which are motorcycles taxis that can transport 3 people at a time and you can use this back in forth if needed. The finca entrance is a paved road that eventually turns into a dirt road (carretera destapada) approximately a duration of 5 minutes which leads to our finca, also please note non-potable water at our location.
