Come and have a pleasant family stay in our comfortable apartment! It is spacious (45 m2), AIR-CONDITIONED, sleeps 6, on the 1st floor of a very well-maintained and secure residence with swimming pool and paddling pool: burkini prohibited. Parking. Walking distance to beaches (3 min): beach trail. The space It is a very spacious accommodation of 45 m2 and super well equipped on the 1st floor , in a pleasant secure residence. Falaises and Vieux-Port beach area.Climatization installed since 2024 Free secure parking: only one vehicle allowed per accommodation.( There is another parking nearby if you are coming with 2 vehicles but the latter is for a fee). Swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th: No burkini wear and swim shorts . Lovely view of the 7m2 covered terrace (boats and pool). View of the marina, sailboats and boats moored , on the Quai du Vieux Cap. Old Port 400 meters away. Terrace furniture + BBQ/plancha available for delicious grills! Always put water in the electric barbecue tub. Table and chairs are foldable Flat screen TV in the apartment attached to a swivel arm. Bedrooms with - bed 140/190 cm and large dressing room (window with shutter). Window blind set in April 2023 - cabin 2 bunk beds 90/190: beds and mattresses changed in 2024) Window with electric shutter Shelves and storage boxes -clic clac 140/190 cm in the living room ( 2024) Each bed is equipped with a duvet and pillows. The mattresses have protective calves to leave in place on the beds ( the protection of the clic-clac mattress is in its trunk). Bathroom renovated at the end of 2024 with a very spacious shower (hairdryer and straightener on site). Separate toilet Bay window with electric roller shutter As well as the shutter of the cabin room (plugged into extension cord). All windows are equipped with roller blinds . Induction hob in the equipped kitchen. Dishes and kitchen utensils in good quantity: kettle, manual vegetable processor Dishwasher, washing machine, combination oven (microwave and traditional), toaster, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. Beach access 3 minutes walk: La Plagette and Grande Conque beach 200 meters away. Walking distance to Le Mole beach and Les Falaises beach = nice walking trail that runs along the sea. Daily shopping at 100 meters: Boulangerie 2 to 3 minutes walk + pizzeria and laundromat as well as a convenience store in high season (100 meters away) . Numerous restaurants nearby .Centre Port 8 min walk In season , the Coche d 'eau (Boat/Shuttle) 100 m away, at the foot of the bridge, passes every 20 minutes. Centre Port entertainment, Grande Roue 600m away. Walking trails along the nearby beaches ( Plage de la Conque, Plagette, Plage du Môle). A bus stop is at the foot of the residence (Agde station/residence). Documentation available under the coffee table. Secure parking Air conditioning in February 2024 automated bay window shutter as well as the cabin room shutter Other things to note Please contact our neighbor 1 hour before arriving to arrange for the handover of the keys + inventory + deposit checks (400 euros in case of damage and 80 euros if the cleaning is not done). When you arrive in front of the residence gate, contact our neighbor who will welcome you and give you the keys, the gate remote control and the access codes. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The wearing burkinis and swim shorts are prohibited at the pool. Air conditioning to be used responsibly (do not leave windows open and turn it off when leaving the accommodation for a few hours). Air conditioner water collection tray to be emptied Bed linen and towels are not provided, nor are dish towels. Provide towels, shower mats, fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers or sheets for 2 double beds (standard) and two single beds (90). Duvets and pillows are in the bedrooms. Sponge/fleece mattress covers are in place on the beds and maintained regularly. Please leave them there. Disposable waterproof mattress and pillow covers are at your disposal. Electric barbecue/plancha on the terrace. Put water in the tank according to the level indicated. A plastic bottle is placed on the side. When you leave or if it rains, the protective cover is to be replaced on the device. 2 coffee makers: a Senseo (soft pods) and a traditional coffee maker. 2 ovens: traditional grill and microwave oven For your 1st day, we provide you with Senseo pods. Bathroom completely renovated in April 2024. Provide shower mats, cleaning products, sponges, laundry, dishwasher tablets (some products under the sink for end-of-stay cleaning). 1 roll of toilet paper on site. The cleaning is entirely your responsibility and must be carried out upon checkout (+ dishes clean and tidy, refrigerator cleaned and emptied, duvets folded). If the cleaning is not done properly upon departure: a claim will also be made via the Airbnb security deposit, and the amount will be charged to you. The apartment should be perfectly clean and tidy when checking out. Any damage or breakage will be charged to you. No refund will be given in the event of unexpected closure of the pool for any reason.
