Beautiful new 3-bedroom apartment in Praia do Flamengo in an excellent location, finely decorated and with great quality bed and bath linens. Flamengo is a traditional and central neighborhood of Rio with plenty of entertainment around and easy walking distance to various types of activities. The apartment is close to Catete metro station, varied shops, restaurants, bars, museums and tourist attractions, and I am available to give tips and assist whenever necessary. Guest access Guests have full access and use of the property, as well as easy access after identification. The floor is low and safe, which makes it easier to enter and exit the condominium for those who want to have easy access to the property, without using elevators, to enter and exit frequently and take several walks in the surroundings. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the property. Pets are allowed as long as they are not left alone in the property under any circumstances. The apartment is 1.70 m above the ground floor and about 5 m within the boundaries of the condominium. It is not possible to view the property internally from the street or to have direct access, but it is easy to enter without using elevators to enter and exit frequently and take several walks in the surroundings. It is necessary to send identification documents of ALL guests, including children, for registration in the Building and release of access at the front desk. Encouraging conscious electricity consumption, we include in the rental amount a consumption of up to 14kW/day. The amounts are measured before and after check-in and check-out, respectively.
