Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The space A lovely studio nestled in our native NZ garden- spacious and modern, the door opens out to a patio sheltered by trees. Queen bed, mini fridge, kettle, toaster and complimentary tea/coffee. The space is not really set up for self catering but you can make a simple breakfast with the amenities above and we are very close to lots of great cafes and food stores. The studio is set back from the street behind our house so is relatively quiet and secure. Parking is on the street. The studio has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin, and a seperate living area which has a single bed made up as a sofa. If you book for 2 people but wish to use the single bed we can make it up on request for an extra charge of $40. If you book for 3 people it is automatically included in the price. There is also a desk/table in this area. We have two boys (ages 12 and 9) who play in the pool after school and in the weekends. The pool is in front of the studio but with a big concrete wall between. Guest access Access to the studio is through our front gate and then down the right side of our house which leads to our garden where you'll see a path to the studio. We are happy to make our iron available to you on request. There is a laudromat just up the road- a 3 minute walk.
