We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided. *Important Please Note* • Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday. However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions. • Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. Act quickly, we don't expect many vacancies.  Incredible Home Features: • The upper master bedroom has its own private, upper-level entrance, sumptuous king sized bed, roof deck, firepit, and more. • The upper master has a super deluxe soaking tub with direct view of the Morro Rock and a dual head steam shower.  • The expansive upper deck features a firepit and the most stunning panoramic views. • The second bedroom is located in the first level of the home and features 2 bunk beds; 4 total adult-sized twin beds. • The third bedroom, features a super plush king bed, with a peek of the ocean, so you can be lulled by the waves all night long. • There is a restroom off the lower master room, with a en-suite privacy option, that has a tub/shower combo.  • The den includes a custom, high-end surround sound entertainment center with brand new large flat screen 4K TV, a huge Roche Bubois sectional with plenty of seating room for all; plus a foosball table and exercise bike!  • Off the den there is another full bath with a multi-shower-head steam shower.  • The dining area is open to the custom kitchen and ocean-front living room. • The kitchen is well equipped, including Viking and Sub Zero appliances, with all you need to prepare your favorite meals. • There is a brand new full-sized propane BBQ on the beachfront patio with plenty of seating for all to enjoy. There is also a lit, private staircase with quick, direct access to the miles of open beach.  • There is a hot and cold outdoor shower, and a separate foot wash to rinse off the sand from beach play before entering the home; please use! • Washer and Dryer available for guest use.   Cayucos is located on California’s scenic Central Coast, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Cayucos sits quietly between the Pacific Ocean and the rolling hillsides of open ranchland and is what some people call "the last of the California beach towns." Listen to the quiet and stillness that only a small town in an untouched countryside can provide. Cayucos is the perfect remedy for those who suffer from the ills and frustrations of life in the fast lane in our crowded cities. Peaceful, underdeveloped ranchlands with cattle grazing on undulating, oak-crested hills provide a respite for the city weary. Checkout Requirements: To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats Lock all doors and windows Return any provided keys as instructed Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies. **Additional Notes: Check In: 4:00pm | Check Out: 11:00am No Smoking and No Pets Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday Property Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the home in lieu of a security deposit.
