Relax in this quiet accommodation overlooking the Gulf of Levanto. Perfect situation for couples or families of 4 people. The villa is located on the south-facing hill a short distance from the sea. The house is always full of light but refreshed by the breeze that comes from the sea. Two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, a large outdoor space with a terrace and garden, an outdoor table and an umbrella. A parking space reserved for guests. Other things to note The distance from the village is about a 10-minute walk. Levanto is a small town and any destination is within a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. The train station is also a 10-minute walk away. IMPORTANT: The house is located on a hill about 50 meters above sea level. To get there on foot, you need to climb a staircase. If you come by train and have heavy suitcases, consider booking a taxi to reach the destination, as it could be tiring on foot. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but you can smoke in the outdoor areas. After confirming your booking, you will be sent a manual with instructions for the house. The house is from the early 1900s but has been recently renovated and cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen are new, as are the floors and windows.
