Cascais Villa - private pool

This stunning 5-bedroom villa is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in Cascais. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful sitting rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one guest toilet, a spacious terrace for relaxing, an outdoor dining area, a large garden with private pool. It is ideally located with views of a protected woodland area and only a 5-minute drive to the centre of Cascais as well as to the famous Guincho beach. We also have 2 travel cots available on demand. Guest access House Rules: - It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. - It forbidden to use the fireplace. - Pets are not allowed on the premises. - Noise is not allowed in the house or garden after 23:00. - Loss of key - €100 - Forgetting the keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the Welcomer – €25 - A house manual will be provided in the house upon check-in. Please follow the rules. Please be advised you will need to pay the Cascais municipality Tourist Tax  of 4€ per person per day. (Children under 13y don't pay). This tax is charged per night to those who sleep in hotels or local accommodation units. You can pay this tax on arrival and we will register with the Cascais town council. A receipt can de given upon request. Security Deposit of €200 will be charged on check-in (in cash); this deposit will be returned on check-out if no claims are made on the house conditions and order, and no damages found in the property. There is free parking on the street, but the car can also be parked inside the property. Other things to note Included services: - Cleaning service: Cleaning staff will clean the house thoroughly every week for stay of 7 days, or over. During this service the towels and bed linen will be changed. Optional services - There is no early check-in available. - Check-in from 20:00 to 24:00: Price: €30 per booking. - Check-in after midnight: Price: €50 per booking. - Early Check-out from 06:00 and 08:00: Price: €30 per booking. - Early check-out before 06:00: Price: €50 per booking. - Additional cleaning during the stay: Price: €50 per booking. - There is no late check-out available Registration Details 142506/AL
