7 Bedrooms (12beds) with 3 King Suites, 6 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Private pool with sun shelf & an outdoor entertainment area includes a built in grill, table & seating and 2 balconies. Bedrooms prepared with fresh linens & bathrooms stocked with basic necessities including towels & toiletries. Bedrooms equipped with smart TV's & ceiling fans in every bedroom for your comfort. Open concept eat in kitchen with dual sinks, variety of electrics, a wine fridge & coffee nook. The space Our home has 7 bedrooms. 3 Kings with private ensuite bathrooms, 2 Queens with shared bathrooms, 1 Room with 2 Twin beds, and 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin on top and Full on bottom) and an additional twin bed. Totaling 12 beds. All beds will be made with fresh linens upon arrival. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv with cable and streaming devices for your entertainment needs. There are also ceiling fans in every bedroom for your comfort. We have 6 full bathrooms and 1 outdoor shower. Bathrooms come fully stocked with fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, face wash and body lotion. We have a beautiful eat in kitchen with dual sinks, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. You will also find a coffee nook for your morning routine as well as a variety of electrics for your cooking preferences. Our open concept living and dining area allows for the comfort of our guests who enjoy being together. We have two sets of washer and dryers, a full house air purifier, and smart temperature panel for your personal comfort. Guest access You will have access to our home via Touch Keypad. Your personal code will be good for your entire stay from 4:00pm on the day of your arrival until 10:00am on the day of your departure. Upon arrival please report any damaged items or appliances in the house. Other things to note Primary Renter must be 25 years of age, sign a renters agreement within 24hrs of booking and be on property the duration of the stay. Booking is not confirmed until renters agreement has been signed. We also require a $500 security deposit hold for every reservation. We do not allow 3rd party rentals. We do not allow parties or trailers. There are exterior security cameras present which cover the driveway, area under the home, front door, outdoor kitchen, storage closet as well as the pool area. Each is always on and will record video and audio when motion is detected. There are no cameras inside the home. These are for the protection of both guests and owners. Tampering with or disabling any such device will be grounds for immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. No TRAILERS are allowed as we have a wooden plank driveway and they can't withstand the weight.
