Willamette River Retreat

The river is calling you. Recharge your batteries while staying on the river in peace and quiet. 15 minutes to Salem or Independence, 8 minutes to I-5 and wineries! At our 42 ft. 2020 river retreat you can kayak, paddle board, swim, fish, or float to your hearts content. Or sit back on the deck with a glass of wine. The view will wow you! Kids and pets love our fenced turfed area with slide. The bunkhouse floor plan has 2 rooms upstairs and master downstairs. Makes for a great sleepover! The space Located on the Willamette River. Private dock. Turfed and fenced back yard. Private paved parking. Guest access This is a shared property with the owner who has a home on 1/2 the property. That being said the rental is on 1.5 acres so is far enough away to be very private. Renters have their own private paved driveway. Other things to note Disclaimer: the river can be very cold in the winter months so swimming is not recommended. Other warmer months we welcome taking a dip at your discretion but want everyone to be safe. Life jackets are available and there are no life guards on duty so swim at your own risk. During the winter months the water to the RV can freeze if the temperatures drop below 30 degrees for long periods. During the day it warms up and defrosts. We want to be transparent. And finally when staying with us it is your responsibility for draining the grey and black tanks. This is a fairly easy task.
