The space The Riverside Retreat is perfect for any type of traveler. Multiple restaurants in Bown Crossing and the great food truck park, The Switchback, are walking distance. Or take a quick 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Boise for anything your heart desires. Stay in and enjoy the relaxing pool and take a stroll on the tree lined path of the Boise River Greenbelt. The property is adjacent to one of Boise’s most beautiful parks, Marianne Williams Park, with a large pond and event space available to reserve, it makes for a wonderful area to enjoy. The townhome is 3 stories of spacious comfort. The garage is located on the first level with room for 2 cars to park, a Pop-a-shot basketball game and dartboard. The large chefs kitchen, dedicated workstation, dining room, living room and half bath are located on the second floor. The kitchen has everything you need to host a great dinner with plenty of seating at the bar and dining table. We’ve equipped the living room with plenty of games and a Roku to keep everyone entertained. The living room couch also doubles as a full pullout bed for movie nights. The third floor includes 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a memory foam king bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with memory foam mattresses and a double vanity bathroom and views of the Boise foothills. All bedrooms have premium linens, high quality pillows and blackout curtains. The community features a seasonal pool, well equipped gym and conference area that is available to our guests. We’ve kept the families in mind with a pack-n-play, mattress, high chair and plastic dining sets included. There is also unlimited areas for dogs to play along the Boise River and walks on the greenbelt. Guest access The entire townhome is private to you and yours to enjoy! The courtyard areas, seasonal pool, gym, and clubhouse is community shared and available to our guests. Other things to note Pet friendly with additional pet fee for the entire stay of $75 for first pet, $25 for each additional pet.
