7mins by walk from Subway Station(서울역 6mins & 충정로역 7mins) to my place. Very nice location in Central Seoul to go most of tourist places in Seoul. There is a big grocery market called Lotte Market around 1 km from our place and other small grocery shops as well. It is a residential area so it is very quiet at night. So it is important to keep quiet after 10pm. Utilities (only gas, electricity) excluded and will be separated.
