The Grange is a Grade 2 listed Country House nestled within the Historic Private Patshull Hall Estate on the South Staffordshire / Shropshire border. An Exclusive holiday rental that sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms plus room for extra two children under 5. The Grange also has a Games Room, Snug, Wood Fired Hot Tub and Outdoor Covered Cooking /Seating area to enhance your stay at this tranquil countryside location. There is a dining table to comfortably seat 12. Perfect for family & friends to gather. The space A peaceful country house stay. Ideal for families, friends, walkers, cyclists, fishing and more. Set within the Private grounds of Patshull Hall, a Grade 1 listed stately home. The Grange has parking for maximum 6 cars with Tesla EV charger (extra charge). There is an expansive private garden with outdoor undercover seating / cooking area and wood fired hot tub alongside private children’s play swings / slide. Decorated sympathetically to its period surroundings The Grange has 6 bedrooms (3 Super King, 3 King) 3 of which have ensuite shower and 2 with ensuite bath. All bedrooms have views across the countryside fields and lake beyond. Generous lounge / seating area with smart tv and wood burning fireplace. 12 seater long dining table with French doors looking out onto the private garden. Games room with pool / air hockey table and table football, along with a small play kitchen for toddlers! Office / snug area with 2nd smart tv, desk and board games. Direct access from the living area through French doors to the expansive private garden with wood fired hot tub, children’s play area and undercover seating / cooking area. Country kitchen fully equipped with American fridge freezer - plumbed water / ice machine, SMEG coffee machine (Lavazza Moda Mio pods) and inbuilt dishwasher. Range cooker to cook up a feast for friends and family. The Grange is perfectly suited to multigenerational gatherings and a great space for friends and family to get together. NOTE - there are 2 steps to the front door. There are 5 steps down to the living room/ dining area and the bedrooms are across 2 floors so 2 sets of stairs. Please note the property is in a residential area with adjoining properties and we therefore ask that excessive noise is avoided.
