The Orange Tree Resort is the ideal destination for romantic getaways, family vacations, golf outings, and special events in Arizona The space Unit features: • 1 king bed or 2 double beds (depends on availability) • Sleeper sofa • Partial kitchen (fridge, microwave, no stove/oven) • 1 bathroom • Maximum occupancy: 4-6 • 740 square feet Amenities include: • Business center • Concierge services • Fitness center • Golf course & driving range • Golf pro shop • Hot tub (outdoor) • Laundry facilities • Swimming pool (outdoor) Other things to note You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. • A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • Complimentary self-parking is available on site. The Orange Tree Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and it is suggested that you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. General terms: - Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of Arizona. - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. - The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
