Built in 2023 with modern amenities such as outdoor living, high-end furniture, luxury linens, detailed design touches, and beautifully appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Indulge in golfing, world-class rafting, hiking, ATV-ing, mountain biking, and soaking in iconic hot springs, all within close proximity. The space This property is truly something special. Located on a flag lot, when you're here it'll feel like you've got the forest to yourself! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms: The master bedroom is up one flight of stairs. It includes a king-sized Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress with a 3" Puffy Mattress Topper and high quality linens. It's about as close to sleeping on a cloud as one can get! And because you're not going to want to get out of bed, watch a movie or a show on the 55" flatscreen Roku TV. Did we mention the bedside lamps are dimmable and will also charge your phone? While the vaulted ceiling, transom window, and design of the bedroom are impressive, the ensuite bathroom isn't too shabby either with intricate green Kit Kat tiling, Good Fill soaps and lotions, waffle towels, and a window to take in the view from the shower! Also located on the second floor is a loft/work station. If you're looking to relax, curl up in our our extra large, extra cozy rocking chair with a good book and take in the view from a different vantage point. Or, if you need to get some work done there's a full-sized desk, monitor and charging station available. The monitor has HDMI and USB-C cables. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-sized Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress with a 3" Puffy Mattress Topper and high quality linens. The calming design and rattan lamps bring a calming and peaceful vibe. While the bathroom isn't ensuite, it's right across the hall and could quite possibly be our most favorite room in the house! You'll feel like your in a spa with the gold details, Good Fill products, waffle towels and beautiful pebble floor tiling in the shower. We've designed the living room to comfortably seat 4 adults on our green Louvre vegan leather sofa and two plush swivel armchairs where you can watch nature out the back windows just as easily as you can watch TV on our 55" flatscreen Roku TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you're looking to avoid screens altogether we've got a mini library on the windowsill as well as a collection of fun games in the TV console including Sorry, Uno, Trivial Pursuit, and Connect Four! During the cooler months you'll definitely want to curl up next to the pellet stove for some extra warmth. Our kitchen is fully stocked. There's a blender, mixer, baking sheets, cutting boards, ice cream scoop, toaster, you name it! If you're not finding what you need in the kitchen drawers, check the pantry which also serves as our appliance garage. That's where you'll find the microwave! Be sure to use the Moscow Mule mugs and enjoy a fun drink on the back patio. Lastly, the outdoor patio is truly worth enjoying… There's a propane grill, outdoor dining table, plus four Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit. Did we mention a high quality, four-person Jacuzzi hot tub with arguably the best view? If you find yourself out there at dusk, be sure to listen for the Doki (wild turkeys) as they miraculously take flight and head up into the branches of the surrounding pine trees to sleep. Just inside the door we provide yoga mats, outdoor blankets, and Turkish hot tub towels for your convenience. Guest access We recommend you use the following coordinates to navigate to Doki Dojo, as the addresses in this area can sometimes be a bit wonky to navigate to: 44°08'09.8"N 115°58'44.0"W PLEASE NOTE: the road up to the Aframe is steep and can get very slippery during the winter months. We absolutely recommend if you book during November, December, January, and February that you have an 4WD car (at the very least) and ideally snow tires or chains that you know how to use. Otherwise you may not be able to make it up to the Aframe. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message us! Once you arrive there is space for two cars to park comfortably without blocking the driveway. The property can be accessed through the keypad at the entry door. A unique key code is automatically generated for the duration of your stay and is shared with you through the Airbnb check-in message. The code usually matches the last four digits of the cell phone number of the person holding the reservation. All areas of the Aframe are accessible to guests aside from the locked closet in the downstairs bedroom. Other things to note A few additional things to note: (1) Doki Dojo is located in a quiet neighborhood with residents who live in the area full time. Please respect this by driving slowly up and down Valley High Road (10mph!) and always keep an eye out for deer and elk! Also, please be conscientious of the amount of noise you make outside, especially when in the hot tub. We ask that all groups be inside no later than 10pm unless star gazing and/or soaking quietly. (2) For our guests enjoyment we take our cleaning very seriously, so we want to mention up front that we have a $120 cleaning fee charged at the time of booking. (3) This Aframe is located in a small mountain town. Sometimes the power goes out, sometimes the internet strength fluctuates, sometimes the water has to be turned off. We ask for your patience and understanding if anything like this happens during your stay. We're here to make sure you have the best, 5-star experience as possible!
