Gas station, inn, swimming pond, and playgrounds in the village. The space The approximately 80 square meter holiday apartment is located in a single-family house in the basement. In summer the apartment is pleasantly cool even without air conditioning, in winter the underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the entire area. The private entrance area, the kitchen and the living/dining room are bright and spacious. A large patio door leads from the living room via stairs directly up to the large pool and swimming pool. Garden area. Adjacent to the bedroom with a double bed is a dressing room with a large shelving unit. Travel cot and high chair for the little ones are available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, make-up/changing table, large shelf and hairdryer. The living room has a sofa bed with space for 2 people. Television, radio and WiFi are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine in the additional guest toilet. Drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available. Wall-Box Guest access The entire holiday apartment is available to guests alone. The outdoor areas and the pool on the property are also used by the owners from time to time. Other things to note The FEWO is suitable for families with max. 4 people.
