At over 3500 square feet, our beautiful two-story single home was renovated in August 2021 The home boasts a modern open concept, featuring 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms. Located within the gated community of Watersong, and there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy, like the tennis courts, playground, recreation and fitness facilities. This home is also located just under 30 minutes to Disney, just minutes to Providence Golf Club, shopping center, restaurants and more. As you enter the home you are greeted with a large living room/dining room area. As you walk towards the back of the home you will find an additional living room and dining room along with an open kitchen area. The best part is the tri-sliding door to the pool area where you can enjoy privacy with no rear neighbours. Upstairs you will find all 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom). Living Spacious, naturally lit living areas with several windows and a wooden floored, open plan living area. With an entertainment centre and ample seating areas located immediately as you enter the home and again at the rear of the home towards the pool. Kitchen Our well-equipped kitchen comprises a large counter tops, a 60/40 sink, waste disposal, and pantry. Breakfast bar with six stools Appliances: stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser. All tableware and cooking utensils Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster All linens and towels are supplied. Washing and Drying facilities are available and can be found on the upper floor. Dining This beautiful and spacious dining area is just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people. Bedrooms 6 bedrooms, sleeps 12. Five upstairs bathrooms all have modern fittings and come with either a Shower, Bath or Combo with vanity sinks and toilets. Hairdryers are supplied in all upstairs bathrooms as are all linens and towels. There is a half bathroom downstairs featuring a toilet and vanity sink. Pool We boast a beautiful large pool and raised spa (gas heating optional - additional fees apply of $35 per night). The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool. It has a table with chairs and an optional BBQ. This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan. Please note - if you opt for pool heating it is set to 86 degrees main pool, the on demand spa is set to 104 degrees, this is worked through a timer on the pool wall. The main pool heater will operate 8am - 8pm as needed. Our Guests have access to Watersongs Resort Club which is a 10 minute walk away Outside Our home is situated on a quiet street within the Watersong resort. To the rear of the home is woodland and conservation and the pool deck is surrounded by mature hedges. Garage We have space for a vehicle in our garage, there is space for two vehicles on the adjoining driveway. Internet Our home is fitted with high speed internet access, free to all of our guests provided by Spectrum. All of our TVs are equipped with Cable Television too as well as streaming options. Baby Equipment Pack and Play and baby equipment can be made available upon request, Accessible Wheelchair Accessible - No Pets Pets Considered - No Guest access Around 10 days prior to your arrival, we will provide you with a key code for the door. The home can be entered only by key code. For access on to the Watersong Resort, we need to be aware of each guests name, these will be forwarded to the gate team to allow you and your guests access to the community and resort facilities. Other things to note Notes This property is self-service--meaning our guests will need to supply their own toiletries such as cleaning products, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, the property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Must be 25+ Years of age to book. No Smoking No Parties - Parties are strictly forbidden * The use of the BBQ grill is $15 per night of stay * Early check-in and late check out may be available upon request.
