DINING ROOM: With window to the street, ceiling fan, 55" SMART TV with cable, 90 Mbps Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning that cools the entire apartment and is ideal for remote work. It also has 1 complete sofa set, coffee table and 1 dining room with 4 chairs. A 1.5-seat mattress can be set up on the floor with 2 pillows, sheets and towels for a fifth guest. 1.D. Guest access The entire APARTMENT is PRIVATE and WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE STREET, under no circumstances will it be shared with other people. SHARED TERRACE with other guests. ONLY IF THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 2 PEOPLE: The guest will have to choose which room to occupy; also if you want to occupy a bed in the second room you would have to cancel the amount for 3 guests. Except as detailed in the preceding paragraph, the guest must RESPECT the number of people for whom the reservation was made in order to maintain cordiality and avoid conflicts on Airbnb. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Electricity is somewhat expensive in Pucallpa, so the host will cover a maximum of S/10.00 per day. A photo of the apartment's meter will be taken upon guest arrival.
