The space Our unit is very accessible and cozy close to 3 Big malls 5 mnts walk to SM City Fairview, Ayala Fairview Terraces, Robinsons Mall. Close to Fast food and Restaurants and Convenient stores,like Mcdonald's, Jollibee, Shakey's, Korean Mart,7 eleven and Alfamart convenient store. Also if you want to relax there is a Nuat Thai Spa infront of Trees Residences. Other things to note 24/7 Parking available at The Strip at Trees Residences (Front of Alfamart, beside the main gate) at 40 Pesos for the first 2 hours, and 10 Pesos on the succeeding hours. Use of Pool is not included. You can pay directly to the Admin for 150/ head during regular days, and 300/head during holidays. As per SMDC policy, only 2 guest per unit is allowed to use the pool.
