Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The space 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, A/C and big windows are offering amazing views over the large pool and plantations behind. Rooms are vey spacious and equipped with modern basic needs to give you the feel of absolute comfort and luxury. Fresh linen and towels are provided with every room upon check in. The highlight of this villa is the stylish lounge area over looking the pool through floor to ceiling glass windows. It comprises of A/C, a massive 65inch smart led tv, LG boom box for good quality music, comfortable couches, board games, outdoor games like cricket, badminton, football etc. Indoor Dinning area with A/C comprises of 6 seater dinning table with a small Bar section and an open Kitchen equipped with microwave, induction, refrigerator, RO water purifier, basic cooking utensils and crockery/cuttlery etc. Other things to know about the property :- -High Speed Fiber Wifi is provided for guests to use. -24X7 Power backup is available at the property. - Separate Shower Room and Toilet with Urinal and WC is also provided right next to the pool so it’s comfortable to use while relaxing in the pool. -Care taker is also available to take care of daily cleaning and any assistance if need be. -All major food delivery options are also available on Zomato and Swiggy. Guest access The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is shared with others. Other things to note -As per the orders of Rajasthan Government loud music is not allowed outdoors after 10pm. Although the property is not in the residential area we expect our guests to keep the music volume at respectable levels at all times. -Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the villa and shall at all measures be done outside. -Pool is accessible till 11pm, then after pool lights will be turned off. -Kindly note the depth of the main pool is 3.5ft at shallow end and 5ft at the deep end so it is not recommended for children below 12 years. So, keep the kids confined to the small baby pool which is right adjacent. -The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. -All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. -Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. -Bon Fire can be arranged upon request(extra charges applicable) -CCTV cameras for safety purposes are only placed in common areas(entrance, driveway, pool and living area) making sure privacy of the guests is not violated.
