The space The appartement is 82m2, has recently been refurbished and is fully air-conditioned throughout, has private WIFI access, flat screen TV and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. A 30m2 private decked terrace offers a stunning panoramic view on Como lake, Varenna, Bellagio and the mountains around. And a rather large, gated private garden with lake view accessible from the rooms and terrasse completes the experience. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers an added touch of versatility, with a twin set of single joinable beds. There are as well two convertible sofa beds in the living room. Both bedrooms have direct access to a private garden and are very light and fitted with two bathrooms with shower and toilets. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, a washing machine and everything needed for an effortless carefree stay is here.
