Welcome to our 110 m² (1,184 sq. ft.) bioclimatic house, quietly nestled in the Burgundy countryside. Bright and comfortable in all seasons, it can accommodate up to 5 people and offers a large enclosed and wooded garden of 1000 m². An ideal place to get together with family or friends, enjoy nature, discover Burgundy... or telework in the countryside. A6 (Pouilly-en-Auxois), A31, and A38 (Beaune) highway exits 20 minutes away; 40 minutes from Dijon. The space The house Designed according to bioclimatic principles, the house enjoys beautiful light and excellent thermal comfort, whatever the season. Its solar greenhouse naturally contributes to the warmth and light of the house. It has: * 3 comfortable bedrooms; * an equipped kitchen open to the living area; * a bathroom with large walk-in shower; * a real workspace; * fast Wi-Fi (about 159 mbps); * books and games for young and old. A large garden to enjoy the outdoors The enclosed and wooded garden of 1000 m² offers a beautiful space to relax, play, or simply enjoy the calm of the countryside. The terrace allows you to eat outside on sunny days, and a barbecue is available for your use. Pets are welcome: the enclosed garden is particularly appreciated for stays with a dog. To discover Burgundy The house is a pleasant base for exploring the region: Beaune and its famous vineyards, Dijon, the Canal de Bourgogne, Lake Panthier or the Morvan Regional Nature Park. We are happy to share our favorite places and recommendations: walks, tours, restaurants, local producers, and Burgundy products. For teleworking in the countryside For those who want to combine leisure and work, the house has a dedicated workspace and fast, stable Wi-Fi.
